Once you’ve set up your project and worked on your text, you’re ready to bring in people to review and provide some feedback!
Ditto consolidates copy feedback and ensures reviewers see the latest version with visual context. In this guide, we’ll walk through how your team can request copy reviews and respond to copy requests.
Request a copy review
When your copy is ready for your reviewers’ inputs, kickstart your review process by assigning text to them from either the Ditto web app or Figma plugin and change the status of the copy. This will notify them there are text they need to review.
Assign text to a reviewer:

Review copy in context with your design flow

Toggle to frame-based navigation:
Click the Frame view button in the top left corner
Navigate through your frames using the arrow keys
View your assigned text
To see the text assigned to you, head to the project in the web app and filter based on assignee and status. This will display all of your text that are ready for review.
💡 You can filter for text in the frame-based navigation view to see your assigned text on specific frames
Additionally, you can share a filtered view with a reviewer by sharing that specific URL from the web app. The filtered state will be preserved in the URL and allow reviewers to see the exact view you were in!
Review your assigned copy
If the copy assigned to you can be approved, go ahead and change its status to Final and resolve any open comments. This will indicate to the rest of your team that this specific text item is ready for production.
