The settings page in Ditto’s web app is where you’ll find the global controls for your account and workspace. Manage your workspace, user settings, permission groups, and billing information all in one place.
Access your settings
Head to Ditto’s web app and click the ⚙️ icon in the bottom right corner to open the settings page.
Workspace settings
The workspace settings provides an overview of your team, Ditto resources, and additional features.
💡 Only workspace admins can modify user permissions of members in the workspace
Invite a new user
Click Invite Teammates
Enter their email, assign the relevant permission group, and write a quick message
Click Invite
Update user permissions
Click the 3 dots menu next to the user and select Manage permissions
Select the new permission group and click Save
💡 This is where Enterprise admins can organize users into different permission groups
Remove a user
Click the 3 dots menu next to the user and select Remove user
Click Remove
Manage tags
See a list of your text item tags by clicking Manage under the Tags section. In this modal, you can rename and delete any tags in your workspace.
Ditto AI
Ditto offers 2 native AI functionalities to support your team in writing and managing your product copy. AI Editor helps improve your text by checking its grammar and adjusting for tone. Automated Component Naming generates a name for your component based the text item being published.
Both features can be toggled from the workspace settings page, and will apply to everyone in the workspace.
User settings
Find your user information and manage your Figma connection and email notification settings.
Connect your Figma account
If you receive a notification that you need to connect your Figma account:
Click Add Connection
Log into Figma and connect it to Ditto. Click Allow Access
You will be redirected back to Ditto’s web app and see your Figma account is Connected!
Permission groups
Permission groups is an Enterprise-only feature that Enterprise admins uses to create and manage custom permission groups to restrict access to resources in their workspace.
Billing settings
Workspace admins can easily update the billing and subscription information for your Ditto workspace anytime.
Update billing info
Find your current billing information under the Payment section.
To update billing details:
Select Update billing information
Enter the new billing email and card details
Click Update Card
Invoices
See a list of your historical and upcoming invoices under the Invoicing section.
Active seats
Under the Seats section, find the total number of seats included in your subscription and the current number of occupied seats, along with their renewal dates.
Update subscription
To add more seats to your workspace, upgrade to a higher subscription tier, or purchase Ditto add-ons, click Update subscriptions under the Seats section.

Cancel subscription
Cancel your Ditto subscription by selecting Downgrade Plan under our free Starter plan. Your team will retain access to your current plan’s features and your subscription will automatically cancel at the next renewal date.
